Salary: Current legal minimum wage \+ tips. 44 hours per week Responsibilities: * Ingredient preparation and mise en place * Assistance in dish preparation * Kitchen cleaning and organization * Product control and storage * Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience working in kitchens * Experience handling hot areas * Basic knowledge of food handling and good hygiene practices. * Ability to perform cutting, washing, and ingredient preparation.
