As **Security Manager COPAC**, you will be responsible for executing risk assessment and mitigation actions, leading the security action plan, and managing security incidents to protect personnel, assets, information, and company products. Your objective is to ensure a safe working environment for employees and operations at all times (24/7\), and to contribute to the development and execution of regional and global security strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Monitor and assess the threat, risk, and security conditions across assigned countries**, promptly reporting changes requiring adjustments to the security posture and identifying activities or operations that could affect people, assets, products, patients, or business continuity.
* **Design, implement, and oversee security strategies, policies, procedures, controls, and physical and electronic security measures**, ensuring their proper application at sites according to site classification and in coordination with the Head of Security \& HSE of COPAC.
* **Manage security incidents and risks**, leading their reporting, monitoring, and investigation, as well as related preventive actions concerning cybercrime and protection of strategic information.
* **Promote an organizational culture of security and protection**, through awareness programs, training, global campaigns, and e\-learning activities.
* **Coordinate crisis management and business continuity**, including implementation of the crisis program, administration of risk matrices, preparation and testing of response plans, and development and maintenance of the Security Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
* **Ensure protection and assistance for employees, domestic and international travelers, and highly exposed persons (HEPs)**, by defining security measures, assessing travel and sensitive event risks, and providing specialized guidance when appropriate.
* **Serve as a strategic liaison with authorities, associations, and relevant bodies, and lead end\-to\-end product lifecycle protection initiatives**, coordinating the Country End\-to\-End Product Protection Committee and executing strategies to prevent and combat theft, diversion, illicit trade, and counterfeiting of medicines.
***Experience:***
* Completed undergraduate professional studies.
* **6 or more years of progressive experience in Corporate Security**, including protection of people, assets, facilities, products, and information.
* **Experience in managerial positions**, leading security teams, projects, and initiatives in complex and dynamic environments.
* **Experience in supply chain and logistics security**, including risk management related to transportation, critical cargo, distribution, storage, and prevention of losses, thefts, diversions, or illicit trafficking of products.
* **Knowledge and experience with logistics security programs, standards, or certifications**, such as AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) and, preferably, BASC.
* **Experience in comprehensive protection**, including personnel security, executive protection, facility security, event security, brand protection, and product protection.
* **Practical knowledge of electronic security systems**, including CCTV, access control, and, preferably, fire detection and suppression systems.
* **Ability to combine strategic leadership with operational execution ("hands\-on")**, directly participating in the implementation and management of security initiatives when required.
* **Conversational English (Required)**
**Desirable Experience (Nice to have)**
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Regional or multicountry experience managing risks, operations, or projects across different countries and cultures.
* Knowledge or experience in HSE (Health, Safety \& Environment).
* Experience in product lifecycle protection, counterfeit prevention, illicit trade, or product diversion.
