Key Responsibilities * Lead treasury management and cash flow operations. * Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses. * Supervise and coordinate outsourced accounting and tax services. * Monitor financial performance related to production, costs, and inventories. * Implement internal controls and management control frameworks. * Prepare financial and managerial reports for senior leadership. * Manage financial and operational KPIs. * Coordinate audit and internal control processes. * Analyze operational profitability and propose improvement actions. Requirements ✅ Degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. ✅ 5–8 years of experience in finance, management control, auditing, cost accounting, or general accounting. ✅ Experience in: * Treasury and cash flow management. * Financial and budgetary planning. * Cost and inventory control. * Supervision of accounting processes. * Preparation and analysis of financial reports. ✅ Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. ✅ Prior experience in manufacturing, agro-industrial, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or related industries is desirable.
