Optimizing infrastructure and code for performance and cost At Gencell, we are seeking two IT Solutions Architects: (1) Junior and (1) Senior. **Job Description:** Location: Bogotá, Álamos office, near Portal el Dorado. Work Mode: Hybrid. The first two months of the probationary period are 100% on-site. Permanent contract, Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week. Saturday availability if required. Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience. Job Objective: * Senior professional with solid experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), combining expertise in architecture, artificial intelligence, and development in Java and Python. Capable of designing comprehensive solutions integrating infrastructure, applications, and intelligent automation, ensuring performance, security, and scalability in hybrid or multi-cloud environments. Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures on OCI, including AI (agents, chatbots, ML, etc.). Develop backend components and services in Java and Python. * Define guidelines and best practices for secure cloud development. * Lead technical reviews and mentor junior profiles. * Optimize infrastructure and code for performance and cost. * Collaborate with DevOps and security teams on deployments. * Document solutions and architectures. * Support the organization’s technological innovation. Requirements * Graduate in Systems Engineering or related field. OCI Architect Professional certification. * 5+ years of relevant experience.
