Position Summary: A professional responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Process Safety Management (PSM) systems and Operational Discipline programs. Key Highlights: 1. External technical advisor in Process Safety and Operational Discipline. 2. Integration of regulatory compliance with operational sustainability. 3. Experience in HAZOP, bowtie, and root cause analysis methodologies. A professional responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Process Safety Management (PSM) systems and Operational Discipline programs for clients in the hydrocarbons, energy, construction, and manufacturing sectors. Acts as an external technical advisor, integrating regulatory compliance with the operational sustainability of critical processes. Minimum 3 years of general HSE experience (industrial safety, process safety, occupational health). Minimum 3 years of specific experience in implementing Process Safety Management (PSM) systems, preferably in the hydrocarbons sector. Minimum 2 years of experience in external consulting or advisory services for PSM and/or Operational Discipline implementation projects. Demonstrable experience in HAZOP, bowtie, root cause analysis, and process incident investigations. Engineering degree (chemical, process, petroleum, industrial, or mechanical), Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields. Valid Occupational Health and Safety license issued by the competent authority. 50-hour SG\-SST course (or 20-hour refresher course), certified by an entity accredited by the Ministry of Labor. Diploma, specialization, or master’s degree in Process Safety or related fields (mandatory requirement). Monday to Friday, standard working hours, with occasional weekend availability based on client operational requirements. Workplace: On-site employment
