We are looking for individuals with outstanding personal presentation, a service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, dynamism, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal relationship management. **Job Objective:** To deliver exceptional bar service to customers by preparing beverages and cocktails according to standard recipes and established quality standards, ensuring high levels of hygiene, service, customer attention, as well as proper care and organization of the bar. **Academic Qualifications:** * High school diploma * Technical training or certified courses in beverage preparation, mixology, or related fields (preferred) **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in similar positions * Preferably experience in clubs, hotels, restaurants, or upscale bars **Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Teamwork * Agility and precision in beverage preparation * Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations * Excellent attitude and willingness to learn **Employment Conditions:** * Contract type: Fixed-term contract of less than one year, renewable * Working hours: 42 hours per week * Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday **Salary and Benefits:** * Fixed salary: $2\.351\.000 * Commissions \+ tips * Statutory benefits * Corporate benefits * Biweekly payment If you have relevant experience and wish to grow in an exclusive and professional environment, apply now!
