We seek a high-performing **Mason** with proven experience, responsible for structural masonry construction using 20-inch structural blocks in hot-climate areas. It is essential to possess the skill and technical capability to ensure the highest standards of quality, alignment, plumbness, and construction safety, while maintaining the production pace required by the project. **Mandatory compliance with the project’s daily performance standard:** efficient laying of **150 to 200 blocks per day**, ensuring proper reinforcement dosage and placement. Appropriate handling of mortar mixes and materials under **hot-climate conditions**, preventing accelerated moisture loss in mortar to ensure proper adhesion and curing. Expert use of measuring tools (plumb bob, level, squares) to maintain quality and alignment despite high production pace. Work Location: On-site employment
