Their responsibilities include coordinating activities such as recruitment, selection, training, employee well-being, and personnel documentation management, ensuring compliance with guidelines established by the Administrative Management and current legal regulations. ***Education:*** Technician, technologist, or advanced student in Psychology with organizational focus. **Job Functions:** *JOB PROFILE DESIGN AND STRUCTURING* * Meet with managers to understand the needs and objectives of the position to be created. * Establish the required competencies for the position. * Determine a detailed list of key functions and responsibilities for the position. * Ensure that the competency profile aligns with organizational values and objectives. * Present the job profile to area supervisors for review and adjustments, if necessary. *RECRUITMENT AND PERSONNEL SELECTION* * Post vacancies on job portals, social media, and other authorized channels. * Receive, filter, and organize resumes according to established requirements. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates. * Manage personnel entry and exit documentation. * Carry out affiliations with parastatal and social security entities. * Ensure that processes comply with current labor regulations and internal procedures. *HUMAN TALENT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES* * Support in the planning and execution of training and development programs. * Monitor individual and collective development plans. * Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of trainings and competencies associated with each position. *BPO SERVICES* * Perform activities required by external clients, according to guidelines established by the Human Resources Subdirectorate. * Ensure proper management of assigned processes, complying with quality standards and established deadlines. **Knowledge Required for the Position:** **KNOWLEDGE – LEVEL** Agenda Management – Intermediate Human Resources Management – Intermediate Information Management – Intermediate **Salary Range: 1'600.000 COP – 1'800.000 COP** Type of position: Full-time
