The selected candidate will provide administrative support to law firms and medical provider offices in the United States, playing a key role in managing daily administrative operations.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Answer telephone calls in English with a high degree of professionalism.
* Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and book appointments.
* Schedule and follow up with clients.
* Organize, classify, and handle physical and digital documentation.
* Provide general administrative support to clients and internal teams.
* Handle confidential information responsibly.

**Education and Experience**

**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
* Continuous use of computers and digital tools.
