* **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** * **SALARY:** $1,423,500 \+ Fixed monthly allowance of $400,000 \+ all statutory benefits * **Modality:** Hybrid * **Location:** Bogotá D.C * **Contract:** Work or labor contract with all statutory benefits **VACANCY AVAILABLE IN BOGOTA D.C** **REQUIREMENTS:** Technician, technologist, university student or professional in accounting and finance, recording of commercial and financial transactions, or related fields. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Prepare reports on different accounts by reviewing, classifying, and recording documents to keep accounting movements updated. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receives, examines, classifies, codes, and performs the accounting registration of documents. * Reviews and compares payment lists, vouchers, checks, and any other records with their respective accounts. * Archives accounting documents for internal use and control. * Prepares and verifies accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) reports. * Downloads and organizes accounting information to facilitate analysis by management. * Reviews and verifies tax withholding forms. * Reviews and performs coding for different bank accounts. * Receives income, payment orders, and purchase orders, assigning them a voucher number. * Totals income and expense accounts and issues a report of the results. * Participates in inventory preparation. * Transcribes and enters information using the company's accounting system. * Complies with organizational safety and integrated security policies and procedures. * Prepares periodic reports on activities performed. * Performs additional administrative support tasks as required Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * Are you fully agreeable to the Hybrid work modality and available to attend the office when required? * What is your highest completed level of education? * From 1 to 5, what is your Excel skill level? * Are you fully agreeable to the salary conditions described in this offer?
