Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced production coordinator capable of managing personnel, controlling resources, and ensuring operational discipline during rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production coordination with shift-based personnel management 2. Resource management (raw materials, machinery, labor) 3. Technical skills in welding, mechanical engineering, and quality control **Education:** Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, SENA Technician or technical institution graduate in Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 4 years in production coordination roles, managing shift-based personnel of at least 30 people. **Specific Skills:** * Proficiency in basic welding processes including electric arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. * Basic knowledge of electricity, variable frequency drives, contactors, and relays. * Familiarity with fundamental mechanical processes such as bearing replacement, machine alignment, and use of hand tools. * Basic understanding of quality control and dimensional metrology. **Job Characteristics:** * Availability to work rotating shifts. * High level of commitment to managing assigned resources including raw materials, machinery, labor, and finished products. * Ability to efficiently complete production reports, machine failure reports, and control logs. * Dynamic, disciplined, and organized individual with high standards, strong sense of order and cleanliness in all work activities.
