Functions: · · Develop, approve, and implement organizational policies, programs, and campaigns, providing guidance and training on these, in order to establish actions that promote employee engagement. · Ensure that policies, procedures, and programs align with organizational goals and comply with professional and legal standards. · Exercise influence, trust, and credibility within the organization to foster cooperative working relationships among employees. · Develop human talent retention strategies. Participate in and lead meetings with staff, advising various supervisors on human resources matters such as labor relations, talent management, professional development planning, among others. Manage a compensation and performance evaluation program, as well as improvement mechanisms, corresponding to recognition for good performance. · Implement, develop, and comply with the employee wellness plan. Develop and review job profiles for each position within the organization. · Carry out personnel recruitment (job posting, resume pre-selection, candidate selection, candidate scheduling, interviews, administration of psychometric tests, and report preparation). · Provide the sales department with pre-selected resumes according to requested requirements. · Verify that area files are up to date and properly safeguarded to ensure confidentiality, complying with the registration of files, reports, and other relevant documentation. · Conduct disciplinary processes according to infractions stated in the internal work regulations (summonses, statement submissions, warnings, etc.). Work jointly with employees to resolve conflicts. · Manage effective reporting of payroll updates and compensation or benefits, while identifying opportunities to optimize these processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. · Timely process and submit updates affecting social security payments for all company personnel. · Constantly update absenteeism forms for the sales department. · Maintain an updated employee list, ensuring effective tracking of all staff hires and departures. · Supervise the organization and coordination of internal events, whether recreational or training-related. · Issue employment certifications and/or commercial references. · Enroll hired dependent staff into the social security system (health insurance, occupational risk insurer, pension fund, and compensation fund). · Correct inaccuracies and account statements (occupational risk administrator and health insurance provider). Comply with notice delivery regarding contractual matters. Ensure timely delivery of billing statements along with contract termination documents to departing employees, and additionally file them as scheduled with the finance department. · Supervise compliance with duties performed by the general support staff and motorcycle messenger. · Send scheduling for general support staff.
