Profile * Technician in Food & Beverage Service or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a waiter, food service assistant, or in food service roles, preferably in hotels, restaurants, clinics, hospitals, or senior care centers. Key Responsibilities * Provide warm, respectful, and personalized service to guests. * Serve food and beverages in the dining room, guest rooms, and during special events. * Prepare beverages and assist with table service according to established protocols. * Verify special diets prior to service in coordination with the nutrition team. * Set up and break down tables and maintain organized service stations. * Record consumption and perform cash handling tasks when required. * Maintain continuous communication with the kitchen and nutrition team to ensure timely service. * Comply with hygiene, food handling, and biosafety standards. * Support special events and institutional celebrations. * Ensure proper use of assigned tableware, equipment, and utensils. Required Knowledge * Table service and customer service. * Hygienic food handling. * Food and beverage service protocols. * Tray, dishware, and cutlery handling. * Basic knowledge of special diets. * Table setup and breakdown. * Basic POS system operation. * Cleaning and organization of service areas. * Senior care (desirable).
