Main Responsibilities: The Graphic Design Assistant will support operational efficiency through the following functions: * Design of visual assets for campaigns, social media, brochures, presentations, events, and other materials. * Support for internal and external corporate communication via newsletters, informational materials, and institutional graphic content. * Strengthening of brand identity and adherence to visual guidelines; graphic support for marketing strategies and the company’s digital presence. * Development and customization of graphic templates for special dates, training sessions, wellness activities, and other internal events. * Creation of initial sketches for various graphic projects. * Design and management of the Human Resources Department’s website. * Other duties assigned for the performance of this role. **What We Offer:** * A collaborative and motivating work environment. * Continuous learning opportunities. * Permanent employment contract. * Remote work modality. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) \+ Statutory benefits.
