Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the logistics operations related to storage, control, and distribution of materials, equipment, and assets for BTL and Trade Marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the comprehensive logistics operation of the warehouse 2. Ensure control, custody, and preservation of assets for BTL campaigns 3. Coordinate preparation, dispatch, and return of materials nationwide We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** to lead the logistics operations related to storage, control, and distribution of materials, equipment, and assets for BTL and Trade Marketing campaigns. **Required Profile** * Professional degree in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management**, or related fields. * Minimum of **five (5) years** of experience as Warehouse Manager, Logistics Coordinator, or similar roles. * Proven experience in companies within the **BTL, Trade Marketing, events, advertising, or mass consumer goods** sectors. * Valid **Category C2** driver's license. * Proficiency in Excel and inventory control tools. * Age range: 35 to 45 years **Responsibilities** * Manage the warehouse’s overall operations. * Ensure control, custody, and preservation of assets, furniture, POP materials, equipment, and other items used in BTL activations. * Coordinate preparation, dispatch, receipt, and return of materials for events and campaigns nationwide. * Lead periodic and comprehensive inventory counts. * Coordinate warehouse operational staff. * Implement KPIs and controls to minimize losses and ensure asset traceability. * Maintain order, safety, and compliance with internal procedures. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and service orientation. **Conditions** * **Salary:** To be agreed upon, based on experience. * **Contract type:** To be agreed upon. * **Work location:** Bogotá D.C., Northern Zone Work location: On-site employment
