Position Summary: FEXE seeks a Corporate Commercial Executive to manage the B2B sales cycle with a consultative approach—from initial diagnosis through corporate contract closure—in a process consulting environment. We seek a Corporate Commercial Executive who comprehensively manages the B2B sales cycle with a consultative approach—from initial diagnosis through corporate contract closure. What will you do? \- Corporate sales prospecting, consultative diagnosis, proposal development, and deal closing \- Negotiation with executives (C\-level, managers, directores) \- Opportunity development within active accounts (upselling / cross\-selling) \- CRM management and KPI reporting to the Commercial Management team What are we looking for? \- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field \- 3–5 years of experience in B2B corporate sales with consultative selling \- Experience handling complex sales cycles and high-value contracts \- Results-oriented, executive communication skills, consultative mindset What do we offer? \- Salary: $2\.800\.000 \+ commissions \+ benefits \- Indefinite-term contract \- Hybrid work model: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote \- Technological ecosystem and a genuine innovation environment in process consulting Workplace: On-site employment
