Professional Field / Area of Knowledge: ADMINISTRATION, ECONOMICS AND RELATED FIELDS; BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN SOCIAL SCIENCES; POLITICAL SCIENCE Experience: 3 years ### **GENERAL DESCRIPTION** Requirements: University professional degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, plus a postgraduate specialization degree in Social Studies, Public Management, or Development Projects, and proof of thirty-six (36) months of professional experience. Equivalency: Between studies and experience. In accordance with the activities to be performed and the purpose of the contract, the following equivalencies may apply: A postgraduate specialization degree may be substituted by: a) Two (2) years of professional experience, and vice versa—provided the professional degree is duly certified. This experience must be in addition to that required for the respective profile. b) An additional professional degree beyond the one required in the respective profile, provided such additional training is related to the contracted activities. c) Completion and approval of additional undergraduate studies beyond the professional degree required in the respective profile and/or trade, provided such additional training is related to the contracted activities, plus one (1) additional year of professional experience beyond that required for the respective profile. d) A postgraduate master’s degree, provided the professional degree is duly certified. The candidate for this position must possess the following skills and competencies necessary to ensure proper fulfillment of contractual obligations: • Proficiency in managing physical and digital filing tools. • Ability to structure, organize, register, safeguard, and update case files. • Clear, precise, and coherent writing skills for drafting minutes, communications, reports, and responses to requests. • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, databases), Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to consolidate, update, and analyze databases, tracking matrices, and control dashboards. • Familiarity with procedures for service commissions, administrative timelines, supporting documents, and requirements. • Capacity to collaborate effectively with various work teams.
