Collaborate with teams and clients globally. ### **Description** At **Anthesis**, we are looking for a **Packaging \& Data Management Consultant** to support **sustainable packaging** projects through **data management and analysis**, developing tools that improve data quality and ensure compliance with **Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)** requirements. In this role, you will work with organizations ranging from **start\-ups** to **Fortune 500** companies, developing solutions in **Excel**, **Power BI**, and other analytical tools to optimize packaging data management, support **regulatory reporting**, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. We seek a professional with experience in **data management**, an interest in **sustainability**, and knowledge of **packaging**, who enjoys transforming complex data into practical solutions while collaborating with teams and clients globally. **This is a fixed-term position for 6 months**, ideal for those seeking to contribute to high-impact projects within a leading sustainability company. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead **technical data analysis** for sustainable packaging projects. * Design and develop **customized tools** in **Excel**, **Power BI**, or **Tableau** for data management and visualization. * Validate and enhance **packaging data quality**, aligned with methodologies and regulatory requirements. * Develop **quantitative models** to establish baselines and support **EPR reporting** processes. * Analyze information to identify improvement opportunities and generate client recommendations. * Prepare **reports** and **presentations** to support decision-making. * Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams globally. **Collaborate with the team lead on executing additional functions and responsibilities necessary for project success and area development.**### **What We Are Looking For:** * Degree in **Engineering**, **Packaging**, **Data Science**, **Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * **2\+ years** of experience in **packaging**, product development, or related areas. * **4\+ years** of experience in **data management and analysis**. * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, with experience developing tools for data analysis and reporting. * Knowledge of **packaging materials** and **Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)**. * Strong **analytical**, **project management**, and **problem-solving** skills. * **English C1**. * **Desirable** + Knowledge of **EPR regulations**. + Experience with **Power BI**, **Tableau**, **Alteryx**, **NetSuite**, or similar tools. + Experience in **client management** or **business development**. ### **What We Offer:** * **Fixed-term contract for 6 months.** * **Hybrid work model.** * **Connectivity allowance.** ### **About Anthesis Group** **Our commitment to building and maintaining a diverse workforce** Anthesis serves clients across all industry sectors and supports some of the world’s largest multinationals such as Reckitt, Cisco, Tesco, The North Face, and Target.
