We are seeking a dedicated Senior **Site Reliability Engineer** to support EPAM's Compute Managed Services. You will focus on maintaining operational stability, 24x7 monitoring, incident management, and automation across multi\-cloud environments, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver reliable compute services. Join us to contribute to continuous service improvement and operational excellence. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Perform 24x7 monitoring of compute platforms using ELK and PagerDuty * Manage incidents and problems related to servers, middleware, OS, and cloud platforms including troubleshooting and root cause analysis * Execute repaving activities, change management, and disaster recovery procedures * Ensure security and vulnerability compliance including user and certificate lifecycle management * Handle service requests, configuration updates, and audit\-related data extraction * Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for infrastructure operations * Collaborate with teams to enhance automation and improve service reliability **Requirements** * Extensive experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and OS administration (Windows/Linux) with 3\+ years in the field * Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash * Strong knowledge of observability tools including ELK and Grafana * Experienced in incident management processes and problem resolution * Knowledgeable in security hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance standards * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities * Familiarity with disaster recovery and operational recovery processes * Upper\-Intermediate English proficiency (B2\) **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
