Job Description As a Server virtualization engineer, you will be responsible for Troubleshooting, achieve all the defined KIPs, create effective customer engagement Deep look into the topics. i.e., UCS (in Deep knowledge of hardware Server components) In this role you will play a key role in: * Troubleshoot Level 1/2/3 network issues of enterprise customers (US/CAN regions) * Achieve all the defined KPIs \& SLAs * Effective engagement with customer (written \& verbal) \& ensure Customer Satisfaction * Proactive involvement of Technical Leads / Management in resolving critical issues * Writing Tech documents covering best practices \& Tshoot approaches for a product/issue * Mentoring of New Hires * Cooperate with stakeholders to drive issues into resolution * Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, and Troubleshoot blades and rack servers.
