The opportunity to gain real-world experience at a recognized institution At the **Sergio Arboleda University**, we are seeking a **University Intern in Organizational Psychology** for the **second semester of 2026**, who wishes to apply their knowledge, learn, and become part of the **Sergista family**. **Intern Profile** Student of **Psychology or related fields**, eligible to begin their practical training phase and highly motivated to learn. **Main Responsibilities** * Support candidate recruitment and scheduling processes. * Assist with employee well-being and organizational climate initiatives. * Provide logistical support for training and development activities. * Update databases and departmental documents. * Assist with various administrative tasks in Human Resources Management. Learning Agreement Contract. **Important:** Must not have previously held a learning agreement contract.
