Job Summary: NEORIS is seeking an AI Specialist / Claude Code Expert to develop, train, and optimize AI and Machine Learning models, implementing NLP solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an AI Specialist / Claude Code Expert. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, train, and optimize **AI and Machine Learning** models. * Implement **Natural Language Processing (NLP)** solutions. * Build data pipelines, features, and validation for models. * Apply best practices in **prompt engineering, RAG, context window management, and cost optimization**. * Work with tools and capabilities of **Claude Code**: + skills, MCPs, agents, hooks, commands, rules, permissions, claude.md, memory, subagents, etc. * Deploy and operate models on **AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure**. * Participate in projects using **agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)**. * Analyze data, evaluate model results, and propose technical improvements. * Explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical teams. * Ensure AI best practices and ethical considerations. **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * Courses/certifications in **AI, ML, and NLP**. * Proficiency in **Python, Java, and SQL**. * Experience in developing, training, and optimizing AI models. * Solid knowledge of **natural language processing**. * Experience with **cloud platforms**: AWS, GCP, or Azure. * Critical thinking and strong analytical ability. * Communication skills to explain technical concepts. **Desirable** * Specific experience with advanced **NLP** techniques. * Knowledge of **MLOps** and model operations. * Interest in innovation and emerging technologies. * Interdisciplinary collaboration. * **4 years** of experience in AI/ML or related fields. **We Offer** * Prepaid medical insurance * NEORIS Days (3 free days) * Annual performance bonus * Vacation bonus * Training and upskilling platforms * Connectivity subsidy Learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
