Their purpose is to provide and facilitate the use of data within the Talent & Culture domain—and across other domains—ensuring its availability, usage, understanding, governance, and quality at all times. **Main role of the position:** To serve as the strategic bridge between the business and technical teams within the *Talent & Culture* domain. Their mission is to ensure data availability, governance, quality, and understanding, enabling data-driven strategic decision-making. **Academic background:** Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Proven experience of 2–4 years in processes requiring deep data understanding, ensuring data origin, consistency, and utility. Prior experience in risk data environments, the financial sector, or specific knowledge of banking products (e.g., BBVA) is highly desirable. **Technical knowledge/tools:** * Conceptual/Logical Data Modeling: Solid understanding of how data is structured and related to support business needs. * Data Lifecycle: Understanding of how data originates, transforms, is stored, and consumed within the data domain of expertise. * SQL (Intermediate/Advanced level): Ability to write queries and validate data availability, content, and quality directly in corporate tools. * Python / PySpark (Intermediate/Advanced level): Ability to write code and understand the ETL process. * Data Quality and Governance Tools: Experience with or familiarity with Data Governance platforms (e.g., Datum, Data Contigo, Data Explora). **Skills and Competencies:** * Autonomous Learning * Analytical Mindset * Influence and Negotiation * Operational Excellence *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
