An important manufacturing company specialized in large format printing is looking for an Accounting and Logistics Analyst. The candidate will perform operational tasks in the accounting area such as: · Receiving electronic invoices, receiving and delivering correspondence related to them for approval, segregating purchase invoices for supplies and/or services with POs for delivery to the warehouse, delivering import settlements with the logistics leader's approval for EA entry with respective costs (pending work to pass pre-settlements), requesting Ica withholding-VAT withholding certificates on a bimonthly basis, issuing certificates for suppliers when requested via email, performing filtering during document review with approvals and cross-checking against physical documents for settlement and payment (services and purchases). In the logistics area, the following functions will be performed: Preparation of purchase orders and quotations for national purchases. Settlement of imports and validation of supporting documents, quotation of national transportation if required (Port – Bogotá or local), verification with the agency regarding the status of imports and 1\.
