We are bridging two worlds — advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed today. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out electrical design/drawing tasks: Interpretation and preparation of single-line diagrams, 3D models, designs (lighting, lightning protection, hazardous areas, grounding, substations, equipment yards, F\&G, CCTV, transmission lines, among others). * Provide Electrical Design services to Worley and its clients that comply with applicable legal and regulatory specifications, on time and within established budgets. * Identify and report changes in project scope. * Prepare Electrical Engineering drawings and, as required by the project, support drawings from other disciplines, following drawing standards. * Stay updated on the latest developments and innovations in electrical design. * Have experience performing drafting and modeling tasks in conceptual, basic and detailed engineering for industrial projects (Oil \& Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, among others). * Make responsible decisions regarding the course of drawing and modeling deliverables. Difficult, complex or unusual decisions are generally referred to more experienced discipline members such as engineers, who bear full responsibility for the design. * Work collaboratively with teams of up to 6 direct subordinates consisting of less experienced designers within the same discipline. * Competently and efficiently use specialized design, analysis and modeling tools, and interdisciplinary data-centric methods. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree in Design, Architectural Drafting or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles as an Electrical Draftsman/Designer for medium and low voltage systems, distribution networks, preparation of diagrams and layouts for the Oil\&Gas sector. * English proficiency at B2 or C1 level. * Proficiency in AVEVA E3D, Inventor for Substations, AutoCAD 2D\+3D and/or CADWorx 3D, S3D (SmartPlant 3D), Microstation and Navisworks. * Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NEC, ANSI, RETIE, NEMA B1 and other standards related to electrical design. **Work Location:** * Bogotá (Hybrid remote work, 2 days per week in office).
