




Position Summary: Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Coordinator responsible for protecting systems, networks, and data against cyber threats, ensuring operational continuity and security. A leading technology company specializing in technical support is seeking a Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Coordinator, responsible for protecting information systems, networks, and data against threats, vulnerabilities, and cyberattacks, ensuring operational continuity and security. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Networks, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in: Field technical support, design and implementation of information security systems, helpdesk (Helpdesk) with emphasis on security incident management. Knowledge in: - Information security regulations. - ISO 27001 and security best practices. - Security audits. - Vulnerability management. Desirable: Certification program in cybersecurity or project management. Mandatory certifications: ITIL, HTM, Bluesight. Main responsibilities: Ensure compliance with current legal regulations on information security. Review, optimize, and strengthen information security processes. Define and disseminate security policies, standards, and guidelines. Monitor and detect threats, suspicious activities, and security incidents. Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement controls. Manage security incidents, investigate them, and mitigate impacts. Administer access controls, permissions, and roles in information systems. Evaluate vendors and services related to security infrastructure. Propose improvements to the organization’s security infrastructure. Coordinate information security training. Conduct internal security audits. Address client requests related to information security. Working conditions: Salary: To be agreed upon + statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based or service contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (occasional Saturdays, not exceeding 44 weekly hours). Work modality: 100% on-site. Location: Montevideo (Bogotá).
