Progress starts with you. **Job Description** Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), the consulting arm of Visa, is a global team of industry experts in strategy, marketing, operations, risk, and economics consulting. Intelligence \& Data Solutions (IDS) is a team under Visa Consulting \& Analytics – Data Science is a multidisciplinary group responsible for designing scalable data solutions, developing machine learning use cases, enabling AI\-driven workflows, and aligning analytics initiatives with business outcomes across Latin America and the Caribbean. We are currently undergoing a transformation toward an AI\-native delivery model, leveraging Generative AI and agent\-based workflows to reduce operational effort and accelerate value creation. We are looking for a highly analytical and hands\-on professional with strong experience in Generative AI and agentic workflows, who can apply these capabilities to improve how we build, automate, and scale data solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who already uses GenAI tools in their day\-to\-day work to accelerate development, automate repetitive processes and improve solution quality and speed Responsibilities * Develop and deploy scalable data and analytics solutions that leverage large datasets and advanced analytical techniques. * Translate business problems into analytical approaches and implement efficient, data\-driven solutions. * Query, process, and analyze large datasets from distributed environments (e.g., Python, SQL, PySpark). * Design and build analytical assets (datasets, pipelines, models, reports) that support business decision\-making. * Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., copilots, code assistants, LLM\-based tools, GPT, Claude, Perplexity, …) to accelerate development and improve productivity. * Design and apply agent\-based workflows to automate repetitive tasks such as data preparation, analysis, and reporting. * Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and AI\-assisted processes. * Continuously improve existing solutions by integrating AI capabilities and optimizing workflows. * Communicate insights and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to scale solutions across markets in LAC. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. **Qualifications** Basic Qualifications: * 2\+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5\+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: * 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) * 4\+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2\+ years with an advanced degree. * Strong experience in data analysis using Python and SQL. * Experience working with large\-scale datasets and distributed data environments (e.g., PySpark, Hadoop, cloud data platforms). * Hands\-on experience using Generative AI tools in day\-to\-day work (evidence required — projects, workflows, or use cases). * Experience leveraging AI tools to: automate workflows, accelerate development and improve productivity * Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. * Experience presenting analytical results to stakeholders. * Fluency in English (written and spoken). * Experience designing or applying agent\-based workflows or AI\-driven automation. * Familiarity with LLM\-based applications (prompting, RAG, copilots, automation tools). * Understanding of payments, banking, or financial services. * Experience building reusable analytical assets or scalable solutions. * Fully bi\-lingula English/Spanish **Visa is an EEO Employer** Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
