Position Summary: A pharmaceutical laboratory seeks a Microbiology or Bacteriology intern for the Analyst position, performing tests, microbiological controls, and documentation management under good practice regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform microbiological testing and analysis of products and materials. 2. Conduct microbiological controls following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). 3. Support report generation and quality control. A pharmaceutical laboratory requires a Microbiology or Bacteriology intern for the Analyst position. Main Responsibilities: * Perform microbiological testing and analysis of **finished products, raw materials, materials, water, surfaces, and environments**, including reading, interpretation, and reporting of results. * Conduct **microbiological controls** of environments, surfaces, personnel, materials, and products in accordance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)**. * Perform **microscopic staining and identification**, as well as promotion and control of culture media prepared in the laboratory. * Verify laboratory environmental conditions, including **temperature, humidity, airflow, and cleanliness**. * Record, document, and upload microbiological test results into the **LIMSCOL system**, and manage corresponding documentation in the **SGD**. * Support the generation of **reports, certificates, test requests, self-inspections, and quality control activities**. * Ensure proper handling of **samples, reagents, equipment, and biological waste**, complying with established safety protocols. * Maintain traceability and confidentiality of information generated within the area. * Comply with and implement standards and procedures related to **GMP, GLP, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST), and Environmental Management**. * Support departmental activities and other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Position Conditions:** * Salary to be agreed upon, * 42 weekly hours, scheduled from Monday to Saturday * Fixed-term contract + statutory benefits + overtime and surcharges where applicable. * Career development plan + corporate benefits – external alliances.
