A prominent forestry sector company is currently seeking Boiler Operators. We offer job stability with a permanent contract including all statutory benefits \+ Salary $ 1\.750\.905 \+ Transportation allowance $ 249\.095 \+ Working hours from Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays paid as overtime). Responsibilities: \- * **Support boiler operation** under the supervision of the responsible operator, ensuring continuous steam or heat supply required by the plant. * **Feed the boiler with biomass (wood waste)** or other authorized fuels, ensuring proper and efficient combustion. * **Monitor basic operating parameters**, such as pressure, temperature, water level, and valve operation, reporting any anomalies to the operator or immediate supervisor. * **Perform cleaning and ash/residue removal** generated by the boiler, maintaining an orderly and safe work area. * **Assist in boiler startup and shutdown**, following established operating procedures and safety regulations. * **Verify proper operation of pumps, fans, motors, and auxiliary boiler systems**. * **Collaborate in basic preventive maintenance**, including lubrication, adjustment, and cleaning of equipment, and report failures requiring corrective maintenance. * **Strictly comply with industrial and environmental safety standards**, using required personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Support proper handling and disposal of waste**, in accordance with current environmental regulations. * **Record basic operational data** in company-established formats. * **Follow instructions from the boiler operator, plant manager, or supervisor**, related to safe thermal system operation. * **Participate in safety, operation, and emergency training** related to boilers and thermal equipment. * Perform related duties. * Knowledge: \-Production and processing \-Maintenance (not mandatory) * Skills: \-Active listening \-Critical thinking \-Activity evaluation and control \-Teamwork \-Needs analysis \-Quality control analysis \-Operational monitoring \-Handling of unforeseen events \-Repair.
