Job Summary: Efficiently coordinate and supervise logistics, shipments, production, inventory, and warehouse operations, ensuring process control and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages logistics and shipments to large retail chains. 2. Supervises production, inventory control, and warehouse operations. 3. Collaborates with the accounting and administrative departments. **Main Responsibilities** **Logistics and Shipments** * Coordinate shipments to customers such as large retail chains (Sodimac, Alkosto, Éxito, Falabella, Olímpica) * Schedule and track appointments at distribution centers (CEDIS) (Control T, Sidel, logistics portals) * Coordinate transportation based on volume and destination * Supervise picking, packing, and deliveries **Production and Inventory** * Daily production planning according to orders * Control of raw materials and finished goods * Supervision of import receipt * Ensure traceability, labeling (stickers), and preparation **Warehouse** * Ensure warehouse organization, control, and operational efficiency * Supervise the operational team * Conduct physical inventory counts and manage stock rotation **Control and Reporting** * Weekly report on shipments versus pending items * Inventory shortage alerts * Supply and production reports * Purchase order tracking **Administrative** * Coordinate with the accounting and administrative departments * Support in invoicing, shipments, and document control Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
