To serve as the **site’s holistic leader**, ensuring achievement of commercial goals, operational excellence, and talent development—acting as a true **strategic business partner**. What will you do in this role? * Lead and develop the site team (sales, trainers, and support areas). * Ensure achievement of commercial, operational, and service KPIs. * Be present in daily operations: accompany, observe, provide feedback, and adjust. * Manage customer experience and foster a culture of exceptional service. * Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and company guidelines. * Identify opportunities for improvement in workplace climate, performance, and outcomes. * Serve as the liaison between the site and central departments (Human Talent, Sales, Operations). What are we looking for in you? * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of **3–5 years leading teams** in operational or service-oriented environments (retail, fitness, mass consumer goods, hospitality, healthcare, or similar). * Strong orientation toward both results and people (balancing business and team needs). * Ability to make decisions, manage conflicts, and deliver effective feedback. * Capacity to analyze KPIs and track goal progress. * Availability for on-site work and consistent on-site presence.
