We seek committed individuals eager to build their careers with us. **Profile** * Technician or technologist in maintenance, refrigeration, or related fields. * Experience in refrigeration, household appliances, and facility repairs. * Proactive, responsible individual with a solution-oriented mindset. * Desire to grow and develop within the company. **Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (refrigerators, industrial griddles, industrial sandwich makers, blenders, etc.). * Repair of refrigeration and household appliance systems. * Execution of basic facility repairs (rough-in and finish work). * Visits to sales points (mobility allowances provided). **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. * Night shifts (occasionally) from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. * Sundays and holidays off. **Offer** * **Salary:** $1\.885\.500 * **Food allowance:** $200\.000 * **Transportation allowance:** $245\.095 * **Mobility allowances** for travel. * Paid overtime * Night shift premiums * Fixed-term contract for 3 months (renewable). * After the first year, the contract becomes **indefinite**. * All statutory benefits.
