Requirements: * Technical or technological degree in **Accounting, Administration, Business Management**, or related fields. * **Proven intermediate-level Excel proficiency** (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and charts). A practical test will be administered. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in accounting and administrative tasks** involving basic accounting management, suppliers, purchases, invoicing, purchase orders, or expense validations. * Knowledge in preparing and verifying **quotations, expense validations, and invoices**, along with basic accounting procedures. * Familiarity with task management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday, or equivalents). * Proficiency in office software and ability to create reports and complete forms. * Excellent writing, spelling, and communication skills. * Availability to work full-time. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, analyze, and present **Excel** reports for administrative and accounting management. * **Record, verify, and validate expenses** (events, travel, allowances), ensuring all required documentation is provided. * Request, receive, and validate **quotations, invoices, and accounting documents** from suppliers. * Prepare **quotations and follow up on purchase and service orders**. * Support supplier management and execution of basic accounting processes. * Complete and submit forms and documents required by suppliers, clients, and partners. * Organize and securely maintain physical and digital documents in a structured and accessible manner. * Maintain clear and timely communication with administrative and accounting departments, as well as with suppliers. * Assist with additional administrative tasks as required by the department. **Personal Competencies:** * Proactivity, dynamism, and **strong sense of responsibility**. * Numerical analysis skills and attention to detail. * Clear, assertive, and timely communication. * Organization, planning, and ability to work under pressure. * Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
