Ensure technical development and control of engineering activities. **We want to keep growing with the best talent!** We currently have an opening for the position of **Senior Feasibility and Civil Engineering Engineer** within the **Facilities and Processes** area. **What does this role entail?** Lead the development of technical-economic feasibility analyses and the definition of civil engineering solutions for surface facilities required in the development and operation of GeoPark assets, through comprehensive evaluation of alternatives, coordination and review of internal and external engineering deliverables, and alignment with technical, operational, environmental, social, and project teams—ensuring viable, safe, cost-efficient solutions aligned with corporate strategy, technical standards, and business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead technical and economic feasibility studies for surface infrastructure definition. * Define civil infrastructure alternatives for asset development plans. * Ensure technical development and control of internal and external civil engineering activities. * Lead the design, evaluation, and optimization of civil engineering solutions for surface facilities. * Coordinate integration of technical, environmental, social, operational, and contextual criteria into engineering solutions. * Evaluate and compare design and execution alternatives for surface facilities projects. * Provide technical guidance to resolve deviations, queries, and changes related to civil engineering. * Consolidate and present technical recommendations to support infrastructure and facilities project decision-making. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Specialization in Structural Design, Geotechnics, Project Management, or related fields. PMI certification or project management training is desirable. **Experience** 15 years of professional experience, including at least 12 years in related roles.
