Job Summary: This role involves providing product support, ensuring quality content publication, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the catalog according to business parameters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and problem resolution 2. Quality control and catalog publishing 3. Content management and image search **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support for products with errors (e.g., information sync, pricing, etc.). Identify, escalate, and resolve technical issues collaboratively. Review whether products meet established business parameters for proper publication, as well as review legal incidents that may affect sellers' catalog publication. Report work progress to the team leader. Notify any incidents interrupting the performance of your duties. Perform content modifications for SKUs received via the platform. Search for images to complement SKU content. Meet delivery deadlines assigned by the coordinator. Conduct quality control on products uploaded by sellers.
