Progress starts with you. **Job Description** The EC Escalated Support (LAC Elite Care) team is responsible for providing Level 3 support to Visa clients across the LAC region. In light of the expansion of the operational scope and the addition of new Cybersource Level 3 support products, a consultant is required to ensure the team’s capacity aligns with growing regional demand. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.**Qualifications** * \+5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree in Information Technology / Telecommunications. * Demonstrated strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, operating systems, along with solid experience in technical support * Previous experience working in the payment ecosystem with client facing experience in international markets \- technical support, client services. * Candidate must be a self\-starter and have a disposition to work independently with a commitment to detail in an organized manner * Executive\-level written and verbal communication, and customer interaction skills * Strong organization skills including resolution management and follow\-up * Strong coordination and problem\-solving skills * Must have a full professional proficiency in English.
