Job Description: We are seeking **PRODUCTION OPERATORS WITH A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE** in pharmaceutical production processes, with knowledge of various production stages. **MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN** Executing MEZCLA (mixing), COMPRESIÓN (compression), RECUBRIMIENTO (coating), ENCAPSULADO (encapsulation), ENCELOFANADO (cellophaning), SACHETEADO (sachet packing), and BLÍSTER (blister packaging) processes according to established protocols. (Must have performed at least two of these functions) Inspecting, weighing, and handling raw materials and finished products at each process stage. Performing in-process controls and completing technical documentation accurately. Ensuring order, cleanliness, and compliance with quality standards (GMP). **Ideal Profile:** High school graduate with production experience. Must have performed the aforementioned functions. **Practical knowledge of the aforementioned production stages.** Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
