If we’re going to turn our mission into reality, we need talented and ambitious people like you to join our team!! **About the Role** We seek an Automation and AI Analyst passionate about automation, technology, and artificial intelligence—who enjoys transforming manual processes and fragmented data into intelligent, scalable, and predictive solutions. Additionally, the candidate should drive operational efficiency across our operations by designing, building, and deploying technology solutions leveraging AI and automation—turning manual processes into intelligent workflows, ensuring scalability, predictability, and alignment with Cabify’s strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in diagnosing, advising on, and advancing AI adoption across Cabify Channels—and promoting automation and process transformation across all organizational areas, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting timely decision-making through the lens of efficiency and innovation. **How Will You Help Us Fulfill Our Mission?** * Implementing automation opportunities and AI-powered solutions in internal and external processes to generate immediate, tangible time and resource savings. * Developing analytical tools to support decision-making within the department. * Conducting operational *shadowing* to map friction points and manual processes across our operations—resulting in proposals and implementation of projects and processes supporting continuous improvement. * Configuring and maintaining automated connectors that unify information flow between Knowledge Engineering (RAG) and management tools (Zendesk), telephony and voice infrastructure (Aircall / Amazon Connect), task management (Jira Service Management), and data reporting using Tableau—in short, orchestrating data pipelines. **What We’re Looking For** Academic Background: * Technician or recently graduated professional in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields. Desirable: additional coursework, certifications, or training in artificial intelligence and process automation. Minimum Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience designing and implementing automation and AI solutions, including: * **Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement:** Proven track record mapping, documenting, and optimizing operational workflows in high-volume environments (Contact Center, Operations, or Shared Services). * **Lifecycle Automation:** Experience implementing solutions that directly impact efficiency KPIs—e.g., reducing AHT (Average Handle Time), automating onboarding, or conducting mass quality audits. * **Cross-Functional Project Management:** Ability to manage incidents and coordinate across departments—ensuring technical solutions effectively resolve business problems. **Soft Skills** * **Problem-Solving Logic & Algorithmic Thinking:** Ability to decompose complex operational problems into simple logical steps. * **Analytical Curiosity & Exploratory Mindset:** Demonstrates constant interest in understanding processes, data, and improvement opportunities. * **Proactivity & Autonomy:** Identifies problems, proposes solutions, and drives implementation. * **High adaptability** to dynamic, technology-driven, and continuously evolving environments. * **Critical and structured thinking**, focused on effective problem resolution. * **Results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset**, with emphasis on impact, efficiency, and scalability. * **Communication skills**, focused on understanding stakeholder requirements to provide effective advisory support toward achieving their goals. **What We Offer** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, hybrid model.
