Professional field / Area of expertise: ADMINISTRATION, ECONOMICS AND RELATED FIELDS; BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN SOCIAL SCIENCES Experience: 9 years ### **GENERAL DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a university-educated professional in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Social Sciences, or related fields relevant to the contractual object, holding a postgraduate specialization degree in International Cooperation, Public Management, Development Projects, Public Finance, or related fields relevant to the contractual object, and demonstrating one hundred eight (108) months of professional experience. Equivalence: Between academic studies and experience. According to the activities to be performed and the contractual object, the following equivalences may apply: A postgraduate specialization degree may substitute for: a) Two (2) years of professional experience, and vice versa, provided the undergraduate degree is duly certified. This experience must be additional to that required for the respective profile. b) An additional undergraduate degree beyond that required in the respective profile’s requirements, provided such additional training is related to the contracted activities. c) Completion and approval of additional undergraduate studies beyond the undergraduate degree required in the respective profile’s requirements and/or trade qualification, provided such additional training is related to the contracted activities, plus one (1) additional year of professional experience beyond that required for the respective profile. d) A master’s degree, provided the undergraduate degree is duly certified. The candidate for this position must possess the following skills and competencies necessary to ensure proper fulfillment of obligations arising from the contract: • Experience in formulating, monitoring implementation, operational management, logistics, and administration of development projects funded by cooperation agencies. • Knowledge of the National General Budget, royalties, or the private sector. • Ability to coordinate with internal, external, and territorial stakeholders. • Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
