We are proud of this and view it as a true source of strength in building high-performing teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify that the documentation for each process submitted for inspection complies with requirements set forth in current customs legislation and report inspection findings to your immediate supervisor. * Verify that the goods physically present during logistical support or prior inspection match those recorded in the documents, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations. * Submit documents to carriers (airlines) for entry notification via the MUISCA system for export operations. * Gather all supporting documents in original and/or copy form to be presented for inspection processes before authorities. * Verify that goods meet legal requirements such as labeling, serial numbers, information, etc., ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to timely identification and correction of any issues required to proceed with the operation during logistical support or prior inspection. * Attend inspection processes with authorities, sign the corresponding inspection reports, and report discrepancies to your immediate supervisor prior to closing the inspection process, so appropriate measures can be taken. * Collect certificates, approvals, phytosanitary certificates, and prior inspection reports from respective entities for each export process according to its nature or modality, and email them to the client if necessary. * Verify, in the customs IT system, inspections generated (physical-documentary) according to established criteria and submit the corresponding supporting documents to customs. * Generate daily reports on inspections conducted during customs brokerage processes. * Provide accompaniment during presentations before various government entities. * Sign internal and external documents during customs inspection procedures to enable notification of inspection results. **What We’re Looking For:** * 4 years of experience in similar positions * Experience conducting customs inspections before government entities (e.g., Anti-Narcotics, DIAN, INVIMA, ports, Free Trade Zones) * Prior experience in cargo examinations (cargo reviews) * Availability of personal vehicle (motorcycle) * Knowledge of systems: OpenComex, LegisComex, MUISCA, Siglo XXI, VUCE, OT platforms If you’ve read this far, we’re delighted to see your interest.
