This position will be responsible for ensuring proper management of invoicing, payments, payroll, and accounting reports, contributing to regulatory compliance and transparency of the company’s financial information. Requirements: Academic background as a Professional in Accounting or Finance. Experience: 1 year or more Skills in recording and controlling accounting documents, handling financial systems, analyzing information, assertive communication, and attention to detail. Functions and Responsibilities: Record and control purchase invoices, supplier documents, and electronic invoicing. Process accounting entries (invoices, payments, expense validations, petty cash). Knowledge of import liquidation and validation, foreign exchange negotiations. Manage treasury operations and prepare disbursement vouchers. Calculate and record taxes and process monthly payroll. Administer payroll provisions, severance pay, bonuses, and social security contributions. Control fixed assets, deferred assets, and intangible assets. Analyze and provision accounts receivable on a monthly basis. Generate accounting and financial reports and support internal and external audits. Prepare and submit external information and reports required by Management and Head Office. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Must reside in the northern part of the city or neighboring municipalities.
