




Position Summary: We are seeking an Apprentice to support operational and administrative processes in the maritime area, including quotation preparation, customer follow-up, and general support. POSITION: Apprentice LOCATION: Bogotá, Colombia PURPOSE: Provide support in operational and administrative processes of the maritime department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Quote IMPO/EXPO rate sheets. * Follow up with customers operating via platforms (Bancolombia). * Support Alex in completing the MRS. * Upload net rates into CW. (Net FCL export rates and Rate Card) * Review auto-costing when rates do not apply. * Formalize rate sheets for Spot. (BRR creation, follow-up, and WON) * Follow up on GSC requirements. (Overview report and internal reporting) * Daily submission of reports on expired and expiring quotations to GSC and the Projects team. * Prepare reports contributing to improved organization. (SVP and GoGreen \- Assignment Times \- GSC Errors \- Rate Sheet Report \- Platforms) * Support Carlos in completing the MNR and requesting LCL EXPO rates from co-loaders. * Support Alexander and RDMs as requested. * Support in BRR assignment and Sales Support emails. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Student pursuing a technical or technological program related to international trade, administration, logistics, or related fields. * Excel proficiency. * The candidate must not have previously signed a SENA-approved apprenticeship contract. * Their university and program must have an agreement with SENA. * Must possess university authorization to undertake the internship. * Basic knowledge of air export and import processes. * Basic proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel.
