**Bogotá** **100% In-person** At **MEB**, we are looking for an organized, analytical, and trustworthy individual to support our treasury management—ensuring order in billing, payments, and resource control—so that operations run clearly, efficiently, and sustainably. **What will be your purpose?** To ensure proper management of billing, collections, and payments; guarantee traceability of financial information; and provide timely support to Management and external accounting for decision-making. **Your main responsibilities** \* Perform daily billing in SIIGO. \* Submit the daily sales report for the previous day before 09:00 am and update it every 2 hours. \* Record and monitor income and expenses. \* Reconcile information among BEWE, Excel, and bank accounts. \* Execute and track scheduled payments. \* Manage and reconcile petty cash and payment platforms. \* Analyze expenses and support budget control. \* Prepare monthly financial and administrative reports. \* Manage suppliers, quotations, and support procurement processes. \* Provide administrative support to Human Resources and other departments. \* Support the smooth administrative functioning of MEB. **What we’re looking for in you** Technical, technological, or university degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury, billing, or financial areas. **Proficiency in SIIGO (mandatory).** Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Basic accounting knowledge and reconciliation skills. **Key competencies at MEB** High level of organization and attention to detail. Responsibility and ethics in handling money.
