Join our team. \#CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Analyst to support and efficiently execute HR department processes in a timely and compliant manner, aligned with legal and corporate procedures, and committed to operational excellence. In this role, you will:* Collect and submit personnel updates to the payroll provider, ensuring adherence to required formats and deadlines. * Review and validate processed payroll, verifying accuracy of calculations and records. * Generate payroll reports, including salary adjustments, third-party payments, etc. * Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes according to legal and corporate procedures. * Update and manage employee records in human resources systems. * Ensure corporate onboarding for new employees, covering policies, procedures, and benefits. * Maintain employee documentation in accordance with internal standards and accessibility requirements. * Ensure compliance with SENA apprenticeship quota regulations. * Provide employees with clear and detailed job descriptions. * Support internal and external audits by facilitating required documentation. * Prepare and issue employment certificates upon request. * Verify and distribute HR department billing by cost centers. * Submit monthly HR accounting provisions to the finance department. * Update the list of Members of the Board of Directors of ML Colombia. * Provide guidance and support on HR matters to employees and external stakeholders. \#LI\-ONSITE What we look for: We seek a candidate with strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills. It is essential to possess the ability to handle confidential information, adapt to change, and demonstrate commitment to motivation and excellence.* Advanced proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience managing payroll (legal/labor-related). Technical degree holder or undergraduate student in early semesters, with a minimum of two years’ experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in Human Resources.
