We Are Hiring! – Occupational Safety and Health (SST) Specialist – RUC Expert **METALMECÁNICA Y EQUIPOS TERAPÉUTICOS JYJ LTDA.**, a company operating in the construction and metal-mechanical sectors, is currently seeking an **Occupational Safety and Health (SST) Professional** with proven experience in the implementation, maintenance, and auditing of the **Uniform Contractor Registry (RUC)**. Required Profile Occupational Safety and Health (SST) Professional. Valid SST license. Valid 50- or 20-hour SG\-SST training course. Valid Safe Work at Heights Coordinator course. Minimum **2 years of experience** in construction, metal-mechanical, hydrocarbons, or industrial companies. Essential Knowledge * Experience in implementing and maintaining the **Uniform Contractor Registry (RUC)**. * Familiarity with guidelines issued by the **Colombian Council on Safety (CCS)**. * In-depth knowledge of current Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Experience conducting internal and external audits. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. * Document management for the SG\-SST. * Responsibilities * Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement process of the **RUC**. * Prepare, update, and control all documentation required for RUC audits. * Monitor compliance with standards established by the Colombian Council on Safety (CCS). * Design and execute action plans arising from audits and inspections. * Ensure legal compliance of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG\-SST). * Coordinate safety inspections at construction sites and plants. * Conduct incident and occupational accident investigations and verify implementation of corrective actions. * Develop performance indicators and management reports for the SG\-SST and the RUC process. * Coordinate inductions, trainings, and promotion and prevention campaigns. * Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work procedures. * Attend client, contractor, and certification body audits. * Support document management required by clients and SST-related bidding processes.
