Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or technologist in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or industrial maintenance with manufacturing experience, preferably in the food sector, to operate and maintain equipment and manage waste. Availability for rotating shifts. Knowledge of beer and malt beverage production, process and operation of machinery, cleaning of packaging equipment, routine basic maintenance, hazardous waste management, solid waste management, and liquid effluent disposal.
