Requirements * High school graduate. * Minimum 6 months of experience in roles related to production, manufacturing, or industrial plants. * Basic knowledge of operating tools, production equipment, or machinery (desirable). Main Responsibilities * Perform assigned tasks within various production processes. * Operate tools, equipment, or machinery according to established procedures. * Comply with quality, safety, and production standards. * Assist in the transportation of raw materials, supplies, and finished products. * Perform packaging, conditioning, and inventory activities as required. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper condition of equipment and work areas. * Support other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Working Conditions * Contract for a specific project or task (through a temporary staffing agency). * Salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) plus statutory benefits. * Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute rest periods. * Parking available for motorcycles and bicycles.
