**We invite you to apply to join our team as a Collections Analyst, where you will manage, modify, track, and negotiate payment plans for your assigned student portfolio to ensure collection of the monthly tuition fees established during the enrollment process throughout the student’s tenure at the Foundation.**
**What will be your responsibilities?**
* Individualized student support through various communication channels.
* Proactive monthly tracking of assigned tuition volume.
* Development of customized payment plans aligned with student needs while ensuring completion of their financial file.
* Establishment of negotiation strategies to ensure effective collections.
* Management and resolution of daily incidents and tasks.
* Intra- and inter-departmental support to cross-functional areas related to the assigned portfolio collections.
* Ensuring accurate accounting management of student payments.
**What are we looking for?**
* Availability to work on-site in Bogotá
* Education/Qualification: Technical degree or university student in the final semester of administrative, engineering, or related fields.
* 2 years of professional experience in finance or collections analysis.
* Salary: $2\.630\.000,00\+ statutory benefits
* Working hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm)
* 100% on-site
* Permanent indefinite-term contract
* Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
