**Job Mission and General Purpose** Ensure the execution and control of the manufacturing plan, guaranteeing that collections are produced on time, in the required quantity, with maximum efficiency, and according to quality standards. The role's mission is to serve as the key operational link between planning, sewing workshops, cutting and marking areas, quality, and logistics, leading daily monitoring and proactively resolving deviations to ensure On\-Time, In\-Full (OTIF) targets are met. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** 1\. Operational Planning: Translate the Master Production Plan from the Production Management into detailed production orders, establishing delivery schedules for each external workshop. 2\. Workshop and Workflow Management: Assign production orders to the network of workshops, send cut materials, technical sheets, and counter-samples, ensuring workshops understand all specifications. 3\. Execution Control (Daily Tracking): Conduct daily follow-up on production progress at each workshop to verify schedule compliance, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks. 4\. Optimization of Time and Resources: Assess installed capacity and workshop efficiency to optimize workload distribution, seeking best performance and minimizing downtime. 5\. Production Problem Resolution: Act as the focal point for resolving issues or deviations in the sewing process (e.g., lack of materials, machine technical problems, misinterpretation of technical sheets). 6\. Input Coordination: Collaborate with the Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure workshops receive inputs, threads, and complementary materials needed for production on time. 6\. Production Closing and Dispatch: Coordinate with the Quality team for final batch audits and with the Logistics team for timely collection and entry of finished products into the CEDI for dispatch. 7\. Performance Reporting: Generate weekly reports on production progress status, workshop efficiency, and deadline compliance. 8\. Other duties assigned according to company needs. **Job Requirements** * *Education:* Technologist or Professional in Industrial Engineering, Production, Textile Engineering, or Fashion Design with emphasis on production. * *Experience:* Minimum of 3 years of experience in production coordination or supervision roles within the textile or garment industry, managing external workshops (maquilas). *Specific Knowledge:* * Solid knowledge of sewing and textile manufacturing processes. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills for order scheduling and tracking (Gantt charts, dashboards). * Familiarity with technical terminology of the sector (Technical Sheets, Time and Motion studies). *Skills and Competencies:* * Organization and Planning:* Ability to manage multiple orders and workshops simultaneously. * Deadline Orientation (OTIF): Focus on on-time and complete delivery. * Assertive Communication and Negotiation: Ability to establish productive relationships with workshops and manage operational conflicts. * Problem Solving: Agility in identifying and resolving production deviations under pressure. * Analytical skills and ability to monitor performance indicators. **Working Conditions** * Work Environment: Mixed (office work at CEDI and frequent visits to external workshops). * Salary: Range from $4\.000\.000 to $4\.400\.000 * Physical Effort: Moderate, involving mobility and standing in production environments. * Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am \- 4:00 pm / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Travel: Frequent visits to external workshops within the city are required.
