Negotiate strategic agreements with key brands and partners **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead the strategy, growth, and operations of the omnichannel Retail Media business to drive the Company’s sales. Design and execute the annual Retail Media strategy (on\-site, off\-site, in\-store, data monetization), aligned with the Company’s commercial and growth objectives. Define the business growth roadmap: new advertising solutions, formats, and monetization models—identifying growth opportunities through market analysis, benchmarking against global RMNs, and industry trends. Develop FMedia’s positioning as a strategic unit within the Company and represent the Company at industry forums, events, and working groups. Lead the business revenue strategy (forecasting, annual pricing, commercial packages), monitoring revenue and margin performance, identifying gaps, and activating acceleration plans. Negotiate strategic agreements with leading brands and key partners, overseeing the 360° commercial proposal roadmap: onsite, offsite, data, and omnichannel experiences. Develop partnerships with technology platforms, data providers, and external media partners—always aiming to optimize current processes and adopt new industry technologies. Lead the evolution of the Retail Media product portfolio: Sponsored Products, Display Onsite, Offsite Media, In\-store Media / OOH / screens, Data \& Audiences—to capture customer needs and translate them into product and tech requirements. Define and uphold the performance measurement framework: ROAS, incrementality, attribution, omnichannel effectiveness.
